new washamericom.

Greetings W.A.Com readers! I’m off to Chicago, our current President’s hometown this week, so before I leave you for a couple days, let me give you some idea of where my new pages here as WashingtonAmerica.Com will be headed:

As I told the national media last year, the term “liberal” has been hijacked by a bunch of criminals who, (quote) NOTHING THESE SO-CALLED LIBERALS DO, IS ANYTHING A LIBERAL SHOULD STAND FOR!

Jobs and Industries decimated, working people literally in the goddamned streets, eternally running foreign adventures and systemic murder as a political strategy. NDAA and Nazi troops are doing armed raids on homes from Bagdad to Cincinnati—T.S.A. asking you for your papers at checkpoints and seizing any of your money or property they don’t like you having—gun laws that make licensed gun owners criminals for traveling from one state to another.

HAD ENOUGH YET?

Folks have said ALL KINDS OF THINGS ABOUT ME. Go read what I’ve actually said, my thesis is available online for free at the library website of Western Kentucky University—read my columns, decide for yourself if the smear jobs and the ad hominem attacks are valid or not, then come back here to WA.Com and join the fight for a better America, while we can still have one.

THE FOUR QUESTIONS:

My ideals are based around four basic statements: I call them the four questions because they make YOU answer whether you believe them to be true or not, here they are…

STATEMENT NUMBER 1: I am a free person.

My body is not the property of the state.

STATEMENT NUMBER 2: I am a free person.

My labor is not the property of the state.

STATEMENT NUMBER 3: I am a free person.

My PRIVATE PROPERTY does not belong to the state.

STATEMENT NUMBER 4: I am a free person. The Constitution, the charter under which this national government exists, requires MY CONSENT.

MY CONSENT IS NOT A GIVEN FOR THE EXISTENCE OF THE CURRENT STATE, NOR ACTIONS OF THE AGENTS OF THE STATE.

I HAVE THE RIGHT TO WITHOLD MY CONSENT, SUPPORT, AND AID TO THE STATE FOR ANY REASON I DEEM FIT. THE EXISTENCE OF THE STATE IS NOT THE PARAMOUNT CONCERN OF THE PEOPLE. THE CONTINUATION OF A FREE AND INDEPENDENT PEOPLE IS.

We will discuss these statements in depth in the coming months.

“Society performs for itself almost everything that is ascribed to government." Thomas Paine

It’s been a banner few weeks in the good ole’ land of the stars and stripes. Iowa’s done, and surprise! Rick Santorum WINS the Iowa Caucus.
Oh, you didn’t hear? You’re still thinking that Malibu-Beach Romney won by a handful of votes? Well, hate to burst your bubble, but the “official” count has Santorum by at least a dozen. Of course, that brings up the problems of actually determining a vote count where the votes themselves have quite literally disappeared. Clinton County Iowa’s vote tally actually went completely missing the other night, but not to worry, Santorum’s and Romney’s people both said they had a mutual agreement on the outcome; the primary outcome being to prevent Romney’s loss to the much feared Ron Paul.
Santorum’s become the dealmaker. Notice how no one mentions Virginia, where the only two candidates are Romney and Paul, couldn’t have Paul winning too obviously now could we? FoxNews has its’ stellar reputation to uphold:
“We have a gentlemen’s agreement.” Karl Rove, FoxNews
Sorry Mr. Rove, but wouldn’t that, by definition, require we manage to locate a gentleman somewhere in that sewer you call a network, or at least within the establishment of the Grand Old Party. Good luck with that one.
So the folks who promise us accountability have given us an agreement on the Iowa Caucus results vote counts without the actual votes being counted. Mayor Daly of Chicago would be damned proud.
On January 6, Rick Santorum stated (On FoxNews!), “Possible vote count error in Iowa is no big deal.” (As in, as long as it’s in our favor, that is).
The AP reported that one vote counter, Edward True of Moulton, Iowa, stated that “The vote count was inaccurately reported and gave Romney twenty more votes [in his precinct] than he received.”
“The courts were designed to keep the legislature within the limits assigned to their authority.”
Alexander Hamilton, Federalist 78
Courts in Alabama and Georgia have both refused to dismiss cases brought against President Obama and/or the Democratic National Party challenging the President’s eligibility to appear on the ticket in those states next November. Meanwhile, Hawaii State Judge Fuddy, in yet another attempt to circumvent access to the law by citizens that Kafka would be proud of—or disgusted by—has scheduled a hearing in Honolulu for the lawyer in the Georgia case the same day. Hey Judge, how about deciding a case on the law and the evidence for a change? As President Obama famously said, “The only people who fear the truth, are those with something to hide.”
The Obama Universe has remained strangely silent on these events…hmmm. Not paying your Obot minions enough lately? For those of you who remain unaware, your Whitehouse actively pays media propagandists to lie on the web to you. These government apologists have also repeatedly boasted of interfering with court proceedings in which they were not parties—a felony offense—and have been caught lying at least as often as Rush Limbaugh, which takes a lot of work.
The National Defense Authorization Act is now law and reportedly has already had its first arrest: a sixteen years-old male who was thought to have made bomb threats over the Internet. Except that, as of last report, the family in question seems to have had their Internet Protocol Address hijacked on their home computer, and were not the folks who actually sent said threats. Compounding the fact that the boy is a minor, his family reported that they did not know which agency had custody of their minor-age son, where the boy was imprisoned, nor was the boy allowed legal counsel or defense of any kind.
Please remember those two “stalwart Republicans” who brought you the NDAA—Schumer and McCain, especially when you’re writing up the arrest warrants for treason.
We have reached a point in American history where holding a constitutional, law-abiding, and historically accurate opinion on America’s projection of armed force in the world is considered “nutty” or “too radical”.
Oh by the way, President Obama’s going to cut the armed forces drastically—so we’ll probably see a lot more drones and maybe even some cool special forces night vision TV shows.
Strangely enough, both so-called conservatives and the so-called liberals are hopping mad about this.
In the interests of settling the controversy, I propose you take the following quiz and see which side you’re on:
Question 1: If you dispatch an armed, remotely-operated flying weapons platform illegally over the territory and into the airspace of a nation we are not at war with and bomb an apartment complex—and in the process kill several suspected “terrorists” (or radical Islamists, or folks that want to kill Americans), is your operation successful?
Question 2: If you dispatch an armed, remotely-operated flying weapons platform illegally over the territory and into the airspace of a nation we are not at war with and bomb an apartment complex—and in the process kill several innocent children and a family that were most definitely NOT our above named terrorists, is your operation successful?
Extra Credit: Is either of these acts a crime?
(Hint: the definitive answer is how you respond to the final question)
If you answer that yes, one or both of these acts are indeed criminal, (by the way, both are under standing U.S. and International laws and agreements) then where I might ask, are the prosecutors and law enforcement? Since you guys seem to have trouble locating these offenders—let me help you—you can find one at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, in the large mansion behind the wrought-iron fence, and the others are located at the exactly opposite end of the same thoroughfare, in the big building with the dome on top.
For you see, dear reader, that all these things we’ve talked about this week have the same common genesis; the idea that there are TWO CLASSES of citizens in America: the ones who have to obey our laws and the ones who are exempt from them. We see the division, discord and consequences of these separate and unequal distinctions everyday: in our immigration policies, in our national administration of justice and civil rights, in our taxation and interstate and international travel policies, in the issuance of permits, licenses, and access, in the adjudication of our legal systems.
This idea of pseudo-aristocracy and special privilege will end our nation.
President Obama’s most egregious use of this noblesse oblige this past week was to breathe life back into the nomination of Mr. Richard Cordray and the other officials at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Despite all the gnashing of teeth in the Senate over this unprecedented act of executive hubris, expect absolutely nothing to be done about it. Of course, the Senate could simply show back up for work just like when they actually HAVE a recess and then vote down the nominees, but that would require a level of personal integrity none of the filth in the Senate have shown in the last three years. In order to have a spine like that, you’d expect Senator McCain to be censured for the NDAA, and a similar fate for Chuckie-baby as well. You won’t see anything like that out of a governing body (snicker), who hasn’t passed a budget AS REQUIRED BY LAW for the last three years.
(Correction from my last column)
I incorrectly informed you that the United States Air Force was preparing to award a Medal of Honor to Mr. Gary Powers for the infamous U2 incident during the Cold War—in fact it is a Silver Star and not the MoH.
Anyhow, New Hampshire is up and coming, and soon we’ll see if the Rockefeller Republicans can still wield enough clout to ramrod through their corporate shill as the “opposition” (opposing Obama on WHAT exactly?), and if the latest political maneuvers intended to thwart your vote ala Santorum in Iowa are successful again at preventing a Ron Paul victory.

Twelve voices were shouting in anger, and they were all alike. No question, now, what had happened to the faces of the pigs. The creatures outside looked from pig to man, and from man to pig, and from pig to man again; but already it was impossible to say which was which.

Tim Adams:
natural born american patriot

I entertained upon news of the affair; and if every man was of my mind, the ministers of Great Britain should know, in a few words, upon what issue the cause should be put. I would tell them… that we had done everything that could be expected from the best of subjects…and that if nothing else would satisfy a tyrant and his diabolical ministry, we are determined to shake off all connections with a state so unjust and unnatural. This I would tell them, not under covert, but in words as clear as the sun in its meridian brightness.

George Washington, August 23, 1775.

On November 30th, 2011 CBS News reported NDAA bill, sections 1031 and 1032, as "an anti-terrorists" bill. To quote their media, "If a terrorist is picked up in America, they will be immediately transferred to military custody."

What Bulls**t.

And pray tell, Mr. and Mrs. CBS, just WHOM is a "terrorist" as defined by NDAA 1031 ?

Why anyone at all, including all American citizens.

In tandem with this move, the national legislature also pushed through the SOPA bill—you know--the Internet censorship and kill-switch legislation.

Because as we are all aware, on January 21, 2009 his first day in office—instead of closing Gitmo and ending the wars (LIAR), President Obama signed Executive Order 13489—Barring public access to any and all of the president’s public records and papers (A move that led to me becoming so well known), so as we can see, Obama is ALL ABOUT openness and transparency. Let’s not mention the questionable legality of the executive issuing legislation by fiat order—a blatant constitutional violation of separation of powers—and a power nowhere given to the office of the president by law. Much like the Congressional abuse of the Commerce clause—this turkey’s been used since Lincoln decided to jail and seize anyone or thing that stood in his way during the Civil War, Law be damned.

Lincoln: more war criminal than hero.

And this past anniversary of the attack on Pearl Harbor we were treated to the revelation that Roosevelt rejected no less than three peace attempts by the Japanese in 1940-41, including one that called for a Japanese withdrawal from most of mainland Asia—the Japanese feared invasion from mainland China—having suffered several such attempts in the past, and with the rise of the Communist during the Republican period, the Japanese evidently thought the Reds had their eye on Tokyo. Roosevelt, a Navy man, is reported to have believed a military report that the Japanese could be swept from the Pacific with little threat to America; a belief that was catastrophically wrong and led to another thirty-years of conflicts in Asia that today leaves one-third of humanity under Marxist/Maoist domination.

And we are deep in hock to them for the costs of running our own country—so much so, that when Vice President Biden visited China recently he had to kowtow instead of calling for reforms in support of the human suffering there, (because, we all know, the administration is ALL ABOUT preventing human rights abuses).

LIAR…

These past weeks have seen the saga of Eric Holder, the gunslinging gangster of the DOJ being brought to heel in the Senate, with no less a personage than Rep. Ron Paul and a host of others calling for everything from his resignation, to his impeachment, to his criminal prosecution. The Prosecutor for the Republic of Mexico has called for criminal warrants to be issued against Holder and quote, "other members of the administration." Showing once again, that the Mexican people are doing the jobs Americans are too lazy to do themselves.

The Joint Chiefs are even fed up, criticizing President Obama in print this past month for his unending penchant for committing acts of war against nations around the globe—all without ANY legal authorization—sorry D.C. brats, but there is only ONE method of declaring war recognized as lawful in America—and the office of the President has NO SAY in it.

President Obama: more war criminal than hero.

Michael Moore, on December 7th, said, "Wall Street has their man, and his name is Barack Obama" (CNN).

As of this month, President Obama has raised more cash for his upcoming election campaign than any eight (8) republican contenders COMBINED. As a side note, Goldman Sachs was President Obama’s number one contributor in the last electoral cycle—and no one there has went to jail yet.

Seems that Obama never found that a** to kick. So in the interest of helping, "HEY OBAMA, THE A**ES NAME IS GOLDMAN F***ing SACHS!"

LIAR…

Pastor David Manning of Harlem on his ministry’s YouTube channel broadcasts stated the second week of this month that: "The 1% are above the law…They don’t go to jail, but the 99%, he has to go."

He continued:

"The banks have been bailed out , and three million families have been put out (on the streets)."

And yet the government is handing those same families the bills for these private bankers’ debts:

90% of all so-called sovereign debt is in fact debt privately held by banks and corporations, and these private companies are getting your legislators to sign YOU ON to pay these billionaires’ debts. Bet you won’t be seeing that little factoid on the evening news anytime soon.

F**k you banksters—crawl in the gutters and starve.

What, are you for CRIMINALS being protected?

In Europe someone mailbombed a bank, so who knows, perhaps we’ll see a reorganized Weather Underground here in America soon as well?

Oh, wait a minute—Bill Ayers works for WHO now?

Be careful what you wish for, because you just might get it…

Once again another Obama nominee gets the axe—Richard Cordray, nominee for the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau was rejected by the Senate. In a surprise show of spine and obedience to the rule of law, the House put forward R.E.I.N.S., Regulations from the Executive in Need of Scrutiny Act: legislation crafted by Rep. Geoff Davis and unbelievably supported by Speaker Boehner and Lamar Smith of the House Judiciary Committee…and Rep. Ron Paul, of course, as usual.

The past few weeks have seen some dozens of NATO fuel tankers burned to their axles, put to the torch in Pakistan, gas for our troops in Iraq and Afghanistan reportedly now cost 400 dollars a gallon to deliver on site in theater—Pakistan has forced America’s CIA operations to move out of country—making the Virginia boys the latest gang that couldn’t shoot straight. I guess they need to hire gamers who can handle Resident Evil at expert level; the third-person control requirements are much more complex than the typical single-person shooter controllers.

More war criminals than heroes…

The Washington Post reported on December 9th that NDAA is intended for the indefinite detention of Americans. Put let me ask faithful reader, which Americans might that be? For you see, the Administration has also nationalized most National Guard Units, has passed the "Farm Bill" which allows the Feds to seize your private property—including your food and water supplies—in the event of an "emergency," has authorized forced relocation of populations (think Katrina), has affected the suspension of the 2nd amendment and the confiscation of all weapons, so just whom is most likely to be directly threatened by the NDAA?

If you can jog that foggy, American consumer memory—though I know Glee’s been on since we last spoke, remember that Obama passed an emergency powers bill a couple years ago. You know, the law that allows the President to suspend CONGRESS and the SENATE and rule as DICTATOR; it’s been LAW for awhile now, meaning that the most likely targets for NDAA detention aren’t Joe and Susie and Tyrone down the way, but members of those troublesome legislatures in Washington and around the various states and their various law enforcement arms. You know, those preexisting organizations that have both the legal standing and the firepower to resist an illegal maneuver by the Federales.

Be careful what you ask for, because you just might get it…and let’s not forget that it was two STALWART REPUBLICANS who created and pushed this monster. Thanks McCain and Schumer.

More war criminals than heroes…

Some people admit there is only ONE PARTY, and they all lie, all the time.

Reports of troops massing on the Syrian/Jordanian border continue in a number of media outlets. China, Iran and several Arab/Islamic states continue to organize a new alliance of states dedicated to containing American aggression in the near East and Africa. In Iran and the Seychelles (an island group, look it up), America’s best and brightest lost two high-tech stealth drone aircraft recently. Evidently, Iran has received some advanced electronic hardware from somewhere—most likely Russia or China—thought Iran responded to these claims by reminding the world Iranians aren’t dummies and are quite capable of intercepting the craft themselves. Iran does possess a plethora of highly literate scientific and engineering minds, which with enough cash are indeed capable of such a feat. In our highly ironic historical moment of the month—Gary Powers is to be given a medal of honor posthumously by the Air Force—I couldn’t help but think of him when the media idiots began complaining as to why the self-destruct mechanism on the stealth drone wasn’t used to destroy the craft and prevent it’s falling into enemy hands (I know, Gary who? Look up U2 Plane incident).

The more things change…."The propaganda attempts to link Iran with 9-11 are simply another false flag attempt to justify war with Iran…If anyone was behind Al Qaeda, it was the Central Intelligence Agency" (Michel Chossudovsky), Director for the Center for Research on Globalization, Canada.

(Michel Chossudovsky), Director for the Center for Research on Globalization, Canada.

Writing on the NDAA controversy, even Ginny Stone of the Constitution Project titled her recent column on the Huffington Post: Obama must Veto Defense Authorization Bill.

Writing on Blagojevich’s conviction this month, columnist Becky Ackers said, "Punishing politicians for corruption is like scolding the Black Death for killing folks."

Marisol Bello of USA Today reported child homelessness up 33% in the last three years, and that half of all American children now live in poverty, including suffering physical security and food-security issues.

Numbers released by the U.S. State Department admit that real unemployment in America is around 18-20% (try 25% ), and the 6.4 million Americans are now working or living overseas.

Russia Today (RT) reported December 8th that Americans are leaving the country in record numbers, and the flight of those in the top 5% of income (the most successful), continues at a record pace.

My friends’ parents are oil executive with a major international company—they’ve not lived in America for almost a decade now, and flatly refuse to return. They also pay NO American income taxes.

I have two fellow graduate students who are leaving for Canada—for good. They are a lesbian couple, and not only do they see Canada as "MORE FREE" than America, as they told me: "And I can marry my partner there too!"

I myself am looking at several jobs—about half of which are outside the country—I’m currently shortlisted for a position in the Middle East, and if I can wrangle it I’ll be on the first plane I can get, which led to the interesting conversation I had with one of my "insider" contacts the other day:

Tim

Yeah,

They say if you try and get on a plane to ##### ######, they’ll arrest you.

Don’t worry dear reader; this won’t be the first country I’ve ever left without permission, TRUST ME.

So, if any of you have a position for a Masters degree, English major with journalism and teaching experience, especially overseas—contact me, FaceBook’s easy.

We’ve been treated to a couple of rousing Republican debates in the past three weeks—FoxNews continues to be attached like a barnacle to Mitt Romney’s waxed backside—stating "Ron Paul ‘Jumped the Shark" following the debate. I guess Paul’s continuing rise nationally doesn’t help their manufactured presentation of big corporate Romney very much. Perry had great answers on Eric Holder and Fast&Furious and on border issues he was surprisingly right in there with Bachmann. Newt Gingrich continues to place his loafer where his dentu-grip sits by trying to link Iran-the Straits of Hormuz-and two-hundred dollar barrel oil with a justification for another mid-east war. Sorry Charlie, we’ve seen a couple decades of that tune—and we’re not interested in WWIII for Exxon.

The real problem remains that none of these guys (at least none that will get nominated), have any chance of beating Obama come next fall. Republicans want to actually have a crack at beating Obama in 2012? (Not that I believe the GOP really cares one way or another) TRY RON PAUL.

In short, Romney good on issues, soft on illegals, Gingrich, still loves illegals (big business, cheap labor), but good on dropping Feds lawsuits against states like Arizona, for cutting off funds to sanctuary cities, Bachmann, excellent outing—good interruption—"My facts are correct…I AM a serious candidate," consistent on positions, anti-Obama, pro-constitution, Ron Paul (sigh), best of the bunch, Santorum, solid conservative, bulldoggish, make a great VP candidate, Huntsman, surprisingly good! Best closing of the debates ever! "TRUST!"

You are a member of Parliament and one of that Majority which has doomed my Country to Destruction. You have begun to burn our towns and murder our people. Look upon your Hands! They are stained with the Blood of your Relations! You and I were long Friends.

You are now my enemy…

And I am Yours, benjamin franklin
