no it's not....

lately i have been hearing "the executive branch is the most powerful branch". no, it's not. in fact by the very definition of balance of power the founding fathers set forth, was to make sure it wasn't. while the president has many more immediate powers available, our constitution is clear that no man would be king, or woman be queen.

when congress and the president hooked up together to privately force through legislation, the american people met the mini coup by changing congress and stripping nancy pelosi of her post. this in turn greatly reduced the president's ability to ram through his socialist agenda as would a king. congress controls the money, specifically, funding originates in the house, then is debated and approved by the senate, then it's finally signed into law by the president. it's a cooperative process.

in 2000 there was a constitutional decision that was ultimately decided by the nine members of the u.s. supreme court. they listened to the case of bush v. gore about the election, then rendered their decision, that decision was the highest law in the land. i wish the supreme court would at least hear the subject of presidential eligibility after the advent of new evidence of the president's birth certificate being a forgery. eventually they will have to hear such a case, because america has many such instatnces of candidates with perhaps just one parent is a citizen. the founding fathers put the expression "natural born" right in the constitution, otherwise it would just read "citizen". the supreme court alone has the power to interpret the constitution.

congress has amazing collective power, and part of it's power to regulate or "police" the president. now, in the case of this "president" he is in control of the department of justice and the fbi, so they won't investigate their own guy.

congress has been pitifully weak in taking up the issue of eligibility and the scandalous corruption of the entire obama administration. once they were to do their job, this would be a good example of the "balance of power". all three branches are necessary to complete the complex and somewhat delecate performance of the american government.

i think obama, the usurper and his henchman want people to believe that he is more like a king, than a president. happily he is no leader and belongs not to either catagory. i promise george washington didn't want america to have a king, because they tried, he refused. a big part of obama's game is to issue directive by fiat (because i said so), well that won't cut it in the american arena. no amount of intimidation or partisan crap will outlive or out perform the constitution. he even set himself up as a constitutional expert, so he could explain to we uneducated slobs.

obama's perverted interpretation of the document is to make it more palatible, and help us to understand why everything he does is a ok. well it's not. and like the demise of pelosi, obama the usurper will answer to the other two branches, and ultimately, to the american people at the polls.

i just had a great conversation with tim adams....
               i can tell you he is sharp, and cogent    and is still very dedicated and faithful to his beliefs....             

tim is a teacher now, at the kentucky university for which he wrote the soon to be published* and already famous/popular thesis, based on his experiences gained while serving as elections chief for the state of hawaii.

mostly we talked about the incredible smear tactics used by the obama hit squads sent to seek out and destroy anyone who questions obama authority, or shares what they may know about the truth. 

in true obama fashion, the hit squad is followed by the bottomfeeder "journalists", like nbc's chris matthews, larry odonald, and the newly tossed aside by nbc tabloid garbage, keith olberman.

internet assassins like "oh for goodness sake" and foggy "obot" bill bryan have joined in, to take the cheap shots, in desperate hopes of gaining a name for themselves. they are interested only in self promotion, and in saving their fraud fake manchurian obama. they are so busy distracting and covering and attacking, they have lost sight, that time is not on their side, and neither is the truth.

 they are not reporters, they have no ethics or honor, they are cheap ass liars and media puppets for the corrupt chicago obama machine (incidentally,the sleazy obama rezko real estate fraud is back in the news). they are hyper quick to brand anyone who gets in obama's way, as a crackpot or racist.

it is common knowledge in hawaii that there is no birth certificate, because obama simply wasn't born in hawaii. the people i have talked to in hawaii admit that even nice people like chyome fukino, have been pressured and threatened to cooperate, or else. there is an expectation to protect the native son, that's natural... but there are many hawaiians that don't even see obama as a hawaiian, rather as just another chicago gangster using paradise, and fine people, to further his sneaky marxist political agenda.

this whole process couldn't get much uglier. even before the campaign has fully begun, the dirt and scum of destroying good people is the hallmark of a sick powerquest "at any cost" regime that is stacking up innocent dead bodies like cordwood.

 I have an answer to all of our economical and social problems. Give everyone who turns the age of 21, a million dollars. That’s a lot of money, but compared to our Government, who is spending billions and trillions, daily and yearly, respectively. Explain to the people that this is the last check they will ever receive from the U.S. government. After the checks go out, all of their future entitlement programs will cease to exist. No more Social Security, no more Medicare, medicade, Obamacare, unemployment insurance, food stamps, housing, education, etc.

Explain to the people that, though this is a lot of money, they need to spend it wisely. Don’t quit your job. This is just a supplement and it has to last their lifetime. It should be spent on securing a home, good transportation, medical care, investment and education.

Think about what will happen. People who have a home will pay it off. People who don’t have a home will buy one, for cash. Boom, the Real Estate problem fixed. People will go out and buy cars. Boom the Auto Companies problems fixed. People will be spending money, boom, the economy fixed. Some people will just put it in the bank, banks will have money to loan, Boom the banking problems fixed. No one will go hungry, how could they?, they just got a million dollars. Don’t have health Insurance, you can afford it now, you just got a million dollars. Don’t have a job, go create a business; you just got a million dollars. Parents will be able to afford a private education for their children; they just got a million dollars. Teachers would be able to teach privately to smaller numbers of children, think about it, you and the teacher, no middle man, mano y mano. Even the bum on the street has no reason to sleep and urinate on our city streets, go get a hotel room; you just got a million dollars. Boom, economy, banks, hunger, health care, unemployment, education, bums fixed.

Is there going to be the guy that flies to Vegas and blows the million dollars, sure, but he was told to spend it wisely. People like that should be shunned. You got a million dollars and you blew it, take a hike, you deserve poverty. Will there be complaining, sure, where’s my social security check? Shut up, you just got a million dollars. Where are my food stamps? Food stamps, go buy a McDonald’s franchise, you just got a million dollars. The best part of this idea is what it will do to liberals. Liberals will complain that there is nothing now to complain about. They won’t have the rich to kick around anymore, since everybody will technically be rich, because they just got a million dollars. This idea is the great equalizer. Liberals are always telling us that this country isn’t fair. Some people are rich, some are poor. No more, we’re all equal, we’re all rich.

With all of the entitlement programs gone, all the money that would have gone to them, can now, goes towards paying off our 14, soon to be 15 trillion dollar debt. Boom, the national debt fixed. People will be happier; they just got a million dollars. Remember, Couples will have 2 million between them.

Let’s look at how it will affect different age groups. Over 65, 1 to 2 million dollars in your pocket, even if you live to 95, you’ll do fine. Over 45 invest it well and they’ll do just fine. People younger than 45; they will need to be very careful with this money. Live frugally, buy a home, keep good transportation, shop around for insurance and their children’s education, they should make it. The goal of every American should be to die with a million dollars in the bank. Even if these people don’t make it until their late years with enough money in their pocket, that’s what charities are for. Charities will do well. Americans are more charitable than any other country. That’s how it was in this country before the 20^th Century, charities, friends and neighbor helping friends and neighbors.

This is not a joke; I am very serious about this. This has been hard for me. I am a conservative/libertarian. I don’t like the Federal government spending money on anything that is not stated in the constitution. But, the more I thought about this, the more I couldn’t see where the down fall was. All I ask is that you think about this proposal and tell me why this shouldn’t work. It’s a lot cheaper than anything I’ve seen our politicians ever do. Bush raised our debt 5 trillion dollars in 8 years. Obama has raised it over 4 trillion dollars in 2 and a half years. If he gets a second term, we could be looking at 25 to 30 trillion dollars of debt by the end of his 8 years. Raising taxes and revenues on the rich will not fix our problems. It’s the spending, most of it to entitlement programs. They need to go and the American people need to start acting responsible. Individual responsibility and getting back to our constitution is the only hope for this country and this is a way to get there.

After our debt is paid and there are no entitlement programs the government will be awash in money. Then we can fix our tax system. Either go to a flat tax of 10% or do away with the 16^th amendment and replace it with the Fair Tax. Liberty and freedom for all.

i was his first "guest" (caller)...as soon as i mentioned the birth certificate he hung up on me. which is typical, cause the hyperkinetic attention deficit plagianista is known for his lukewarm presence on SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE and having his lips glued to o'reilly's butt on fox. millers lackluster luminousless lethargy makes the rock at nbc look like the forgotten child to be picked up after the david duke pep rally picnic. like the schadenfreude mullet molesting sinister green hornet after his fiftieth frat boy duke university freshman hazing.

there is evidence that foxnews hosts have been warned not to mention the birth certificate scandal. i called back to confirm with the producer that they actually hung up on me, after being invited to call. he said "it's part of the show". for the 45 or so seconds i was on the show, miller and i laughed and cried together, and shared the warmth and honesty of his show and his greatness, and the growing SmileyGate scandal.

they were good times indeed, those 45 seconds we shared (which feels like 45 years when you are talking to miller on the air), a millennium in dog minutes; so i figure why not declare war on miller, fox and the anti birther obots all at once.

miller was clueless who orly taitz was, and i told him that the honolulu advertiser (which he called the "honolooser advertiser") had just posted the news story about taitz. there has been an orchestrated media blackout on the subject of the obama birth certificate forgery. fox is in the bag.

it's important to note that o'reilly (self appointed captain of the truth squad) has lied about obama's father living in connecticut for years, which of course never happened. fox news scrubbed the show. you can read all about that at WND.COM oreilly has never addressed the subject again.

i have noticed personally, that people on these boards have gone way beyond the normal friendly discussion usually seen on these forums, and i began to wonder if there was an organized effort to squash the whole subject of obama's provenance/past. there is... and i can tell you that the moderators of the forums are in on it to. i have had threads deleted and altered, or the very subject has been relegated to an obscure location on the forum. political forum.com, with the help of arduini, has reduced anything about the topic, to the sub conspiracy theory catagory "miscellaneous". think about that, it's hard to find a place on these so called "open forums" to even talk about obama's past. people like arduni are so brilliant and fast and so engaged, that they seem out of place,

my thing, is to study the character of the people and their "performances" when it comes to protecting the president.

that brings us to foxnews. there is now insider information, as mentioned by general paul vallely, a former fox contributor, that fox reporters have been told not to talk about it... at all. now this goes along with the pageantry of 4/27 when sheppard smith was so over the top, with what seemed like a scripted display/performance, and fox's reaction to the release of the certificate by the president himself, also very contrived in my opinion. then gregg jarrett's interview with dr. jerome corsi. jarrett was rude and unprofessional and never let corsi answer. corsi offered to debate point for point anything in his book, jarrett was a real jerk. then corsi was cancelled by hannity 1 hour befor the hannity show. i knew then, that something was really wrong here. also oreilly, who champions himself as the preeminent leader of facts, proclaimed that obama's father lived in connecticut for several years, that's why obama has a connecticut birth certificate. but oreilly is wrong, and i threatend to chase him down for the truth, like he has his producers do, no response from bill. i distanced myself from fox months ago, because i think they are corrupt, along with the entire whitehouse. don't forget that fox quickly posted the expert opinion of jean-claude tremblay. they manipulated his opinion, which he later said they did so in a way, that tremblay would never trust fox again. same is true for me. i have written fifty letters to just about everyone at fox, but no response.

here is the most disturbing thing in my mind. the whitehouse press briefing room has become so toxic, and the atmosphere so oppresive, about the slightest mention of this most compelling subject. people who work in the whitehouse say, it's not to be discussed. period.

this absolutely disgusts me, to think that the subject, or any subject, cannot be asked about, or even quietly discussed among colleagues, in the american whitehouse... the very administration that touts truth and "transparency".

we have a major problem here ladies and gentlemen. is this what we have come to? is this what we want? everything that the united states stands for, hangs in the balance of free speech, while censorship and undue influence are being surreptitiously practiced at 1600 pennsylvania avenue. what would the founding fathers say about that ??

every time someone asks anything about the issues, they are summarily dismissed as crazy, silly, even racist, especially in the whitehouse press room. the many, many, many questions that still loom on the obama horizon are always met with a coordinated contempt and orchestrated response.

so WashingtonAmerica.Com is challenging the story from a different angle by studying the actual physicality (body language etc) of the conversation surrounding the president. why all of the attempt to silence the questions?

one amzing red flag were the performances by fox news' sheppard smith was so over the top to ridicule the issue on april 27th, the day the president gave that famous speech releasing the second "original" birth certificate. greg jarret conducted a very unprofessional interview with dr. corsi, practically smothering any attempt corsi made to explain. hannity cancelled corsi an hour before his show. fox news posted immediately an experts opinion (jean claude tremblay) that was later recalled, no metion made. oreilly said it's a fact that obama's father lived in connecticut for several years, that's just a lie. so what's going on ?? if fox is dirty in this, what hope is there of the mainstream media, when it comes to obama ?

thousands of experts think the birth certificate on line is a forgery. the president has a connecticut number. his parents never lived together, they probably were never married, so many of obama's accounts and claims of his own life are simply not true, even in his own book.

yet the game goes on as if nothing is wrong. so this slightly unusual if not novel approach may be the only news of the day for a hungry birther audience of people waiting for the next break in the story wnd and others have done a wonderful job of keeping up, but new approaches like this may be needed to push the proverbial football, down the feild.
